My Favorite Green Smoothie for Beginner's


I created this Green Smoothie recipe when I very first started getting into my High Vibrational Lifestyle. I wanted something I could ease into that was packed full of nutrients, and still had amazing flavor that I could enjoy easily in the mornings. So if you're ready to start taking your health more seriously, but 'Green Smoothies' kind of intimidate you, then this recipe is for YOU! I hope ya'll enjoy!


My Favorite Green Smoothie for Beginner's:

Makes 1 Serving

  • 2 Handfuls of Organic Power Greens or Baby Spinach

  • 1 Cup of Organic Frozen Mango

  • 1/2 Frozen Organic Banana

  • 1 Cup Organic Coconut Water

  • 3/4 Cup Organic Almond Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Pecans

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1.) Place everything in your blender & BLEND IT UP!

2.) Let it rest for 30 minutes before enjoying



This recipe was the beginning of my High Vibrational Lifestyle! I invite you to make this smoothie every morning, enjoy it on your way to work BEFORE guzzling down any coffee.
