Texan Approved BBQ Kale Chips


These Texan approved BBQ Kale Chips are a great High Vibe alternative to the greasy Potato Chip. These will leave you feeling satisfied, and FRESH in your body instead of heavy and lethargic. They're easy, crispy, sweet, spicy, and EVERYONE will love them! Give them a try and let me know what you think.



Even my Texan, BBQ lovin' man devoured these! With the right seasonings and attention, anything good for you can also be TASTY!!


Texan Approved BBQ Kale Chips

  • 6 leaves of Organic Kale (washed & dried)

  • 2 teaspoons of Organic Olive Oil

  • 1/4 tsp Fire Cider (optional for added flavor and nutrition)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Barbecue Seasoning (If you're a BBQ fanatic like me, a little more sprinkled on top won't hurt ;) )

  • 1 tsp Salt (ONLY if you're using a salt-free Barbecue Seasoning)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees

  2. Cut out them stems on the Kale & cut into bite-sized chip pieces

  3. In a large bowl, Drizzle Kale leaves w/ Olive Oil (start out with small amount, just until they're coated but not DRENCHED, this will ensure they get crispy, and not soggy in the oven)

  4. Massage Kale until coated

  5. Drizzle Fire Cider, toss

  6. Sprinkle with Seasonings

  7. Toss and Coat

  8. Spread Kale Chips out onto Baking Sheet

  9. Bake at 275 for 15 minutes, flip chips over

  10. Bake for another 15-18 minutes until dry, and crispy! (Don't be afraid to bake them longer if you feel like they need to be crispier!)
